Terms and conditions HOW TO BOOK Request for booking is to be send via Inquire form on page of service. If we confirm our availability then down payment must be done in order to reserve date and time of the service. CANCELLATIONS: If you cannot attend the tour you booked or you want to cancel a car transfer, refunds will be provided based on next conditions: Down-payment for the tour/transfer is not refundable, but could be saved as Voucher for your next tours with us or transferred to other customers of our company(i.e. your friends, colleges or family and etc.) with notification per Email and details of received Voucher. We take into attention all possible difficult reasons for your cancellation and in some cases (death, incident, force major situations) could be refunded fully or partly depending on costs involved. We refund full amount in case of cancellation is happens from our side or very bad weather. We offer possible replacement of our tour with other recommended guides in case of cancellation from our side. All cancellations must be made in writing (via e-mail) and need to be reconfirmed by us. RESPONSIBILITY We can cancel tour due-to danger for health or life of participants, absence of valid identity documents and passports with valid VISA for European Union.
