Guest requirements

Please take you vaccination certificate with you. You also need to have your travel insurance with active winter sport included or in case you want to orders some active sport. Please clarify it before tour starts with our travel expert.

 

Cancellation terms

If you decide to cancel your booking less than 20 days before the start of the program, the prepayment will be not refunded. In other case, we will make a refund minus the actual costs incurred (min 15% max 30%). If you find yourself a replacement for a trip, we will refund your prepayment in 100%. If there are legal obstacles to travel due to COVID19 or war, we will transfer the prepayment to other dates without fines the issuance of a certificate.

 

Do I need to pay full amount at once?

For the majority of tours standard prepayment does not exceed 50% of the tour price. If you have any difficulties with payment, please contact the customer service. You can pay rest on place with cash, or order invoice for full amount and transfer to us.  For day-trips we require a full down-payment.

 

How do I book a trip?

Select your dates and click "Join the group". You’ll be redirected to the page where you will provide us with information about yourself and desirable tour, number of persons and other additional requirements. For tours with instant booking, you get an immediate confirmation.

After that we will send you confirmation and invoice for down-payment and link, where you can secure provide your payment details and complete payment.  Please feel free to contact the tour organizer directly if you have any questions prior to booking.
